2. Vendor-Neutral Structured Export Formats
All account data, saved estimates, fabric swatches, and render logs are exportable at any time in standardized, vendor-neutral, machine-readable formats:
Structured hierarchical object payload complying with GDPR Art. 20, containing profile, estimates, swatches, and project render histories.
Standard spreadsheet tables compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, or alternative CRM/ERP databases.
3. Switching Continuity & Technical Support
Pursuant to Article 26 of the EU Data Act, ShadeCraft commits to providing functional continuity and technical export support for up to 30 days during an active migration window to another service provider.
